Who is Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst and Why Doesn't Anyone Believe Her?

Apparently, the author of the book I just finished is on someones hit list! Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst, author of Top Secret Fat Loss Secrets, has reportedly received death threats. I do not know how true all of that is, but I do know that there are some good reasons why the medical community and weight loss industry would rather you did not read her book.

They do not want you to understand fat loss secrets because pharmaceutical companies and diet pill manufacturers would like to keep you as loyal customers. The fat loss secrets in Dr. Gudakunst's book will more than likely change your status from overweight and desperately willing to pay oodles for their products to one of Hey, I am losing weight, healthier and doing it all on my own!. That is the bottom line and their bottom dollar at stake.

Her book is based on her experience in medicine that taught her that death begins in the colon. Taking that philosophy, she figured out how much the colon affects in the body and how an unhealthy colon may be the source of many medical problems including obesity.

Lack of exercise and an unhealthy diet has lead many of us to gain weight. It has also mucked up our colons and made proper elimination a real problem. Without fiber, nutrients and exercise, the cycle will continue and eventually, our colons become lined with toxic fecal material. This is what Dr. Gudakunst wants you to understand.

This can cause weight gain for a number of reasons. Our digestive systems run poorly when our colons are unhealthy. We do not absorb nutrients properly because of the toxic fecal build up and our bodies believe that we are starving. So, the natural response is that we crave more food. In addition, we tend to store more food as fat. Dr. Gudakunst's advice is to improve our colon health which will stop this cycle.

Dr. Suzanne also tells us all about some little critters that may be causing our weight gain and making it difficult to lose weight. Parasites find the built up fecal matter to make a lovely home. They thrive on it and release toxins that invade our bodily tissues. When this happens, we may feel tired most of the time. Our muscles may be sluggish. We are often cranky. It is very difficult to exercise and eat right when we just do not feel well. To boot, your cardiovascular health may become poor and your immunity may suffer.

You can take all the diet pills you want and you still will not improve your health. Weight loss companies and pharmaceutical companies may not want you to know that you can do it all on your own without the need for one of their pills or products.

And apparently, Dr. Suzanne's book may have garnished enough attention to cause someone out there to send death threats (purportedly a weight loss company, but currently there is not any proof).
