Losing weight has always been Holy Grail for all those who are obese like me. I like most of us always wanted to lose weight and look fit and fine, fit into those sleek dresses which makes me look elegant. I have tried everything that is possible to shed that excess pounds, but it has not been easy. I had to worry about my jobs, then home, Kids and husband after taking care of all of them I had no time for myself to do serious work outs. Then I decided to get some help, started surfing throughout internet and realized some things, I put everything I learnt and devised a new exercise schedule, which was not only suitable but also very reasonable for a person like me and believe it or not I have shed 20 kg within 4 months.
I have put some things which I follow, for all those like me who are willing to lose some weight and are looking for a suitable schedule to do so.
First, it is vital to be theoretically equipped. You have to have total awareness of basic principles before you even start doing your first stretches. The more knowledgeable you are, the more intense your motivation is going to be. Also, it is imperative that you possess a full understanding of what it means to be obese. To some, it may mean being fat, unpleasant-looking, and in extreme cases, an outcast. But the real issue is when you think about the many serious illnesses that go with obesity: sleep apnea, sexual dysfunction, orthopedic conditions, diabetes and heart diseases. It is still not clearly known what brings about obesity, but expert studies have revealed the role that the disproportion between ones food intake and energy output plays in its development. Obese peoples body mass index is usually far out of the normal range of 18 to 24 kg/m2.
Also, it is important to be acquainted with the ways of fighting obesity. The usual methods involve diet and exercise. Dieting may sound rather daunting to many, but its actually not as my personal strategy will show you. Normal diet dictates having three meals a day, but my approach is about going for 5 to 6 meals daily. My breakfast, to begin with, need to be a filling one. For lunch, I feast on an apple with carrots or green vegetable salad. This dish serves as an excellent alternative to my usual afternoon meal and gets me going throughout the day less hungry. And you know what caps it off? Black coffee! Sounds irrelevant, I know, but its actually my diets kicker as it shaves off both the fat and the calories, and it perks me up for the rest of the day. - 15683
