Learn MORE about This Diet BEFORE You Buy Fatloss4idiots!

Lose 9 pounds in 11 days! That is the main goal behind Fatloss4idiots, which I have been covering here at Your Health Reporter blog. Now, I want to cover some things that you should really understand before you buy Fatloss4idiots.

The low fat or fat free rule of thumb: Read beyond the marketing and check the food label. Fat Loss 4 Idiots addresses the fact that just because a product is low in fat does not mean that it is low in calories or that it belongs on the menu. Often, the calories in a low fat product are very close to the calories in the full-fat version.

This is not to say that low fat or fat free products are all bad. Many diseases can be attributed to diets high in saturated and trans fat. Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity and certain types of cancer are a few of the many problems associated with a diet that is too high in fat. What you have to remember is that you are still at risk for any of those diseases if you eat TOO much of anything. This is because when we eat too much, we gain weight. Plain and simple!

Think about it this way. If you drink milk, purchase low fat or fat free milk. You are drinking it anyway, so make sure you do not add unnecessary fat to your diet. If however, you purchase fat free cookies so that you can eat cookies and still lose weight, DO NOT. The cookies are still loaded in calories and sugar and they do not belong on a weight loss plan.

Remember that you want to avoid very low calorie diets. Fat Loss 4 Idiots allows four meals per day and though it is lower in calories than you would normally eat, it is not too low in calories. The diet works through combining different food groups at different meals using their shifting calorie theory.

Also, regarding the low-carb craze, it is not about carbohydrates. It is about which carbohydrates you should be eating and which carbohydrates you should be avoiding. Whole grains, fruits and veggies HAVE to be on the menu if you want to lose weight. Most low carb diets fail to include the good carbohydrates.

The bad types of carbohydrates ARE eliminated in Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Junky carbohydrates are overly processed, full of sugar and fat, AND they lack any sort of nutritional value. We simply cannot continue to eat cookies, chips and sugary cereals and expect to be thin. You can indulge now and again, but you should not make these things a part of your everyday food intake.

One final note, there are many choices concerning weight loss programs. Many people ask me about Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. Both programs offer healthy ways to lose weight, but so does Fat Loss 4 Idiots (and many other programs). What you have to decide is whether the program is affordable and whether it will help you become thin?

In looking at any diet, you have to remember the basic rules of weight loss and decide whether the plan is doable. Can you visualize the diet working for you? Is it simple enough? Will I like or learn to like the food? Remember this and all of the above and you will make wise choices. - 15683
