How to shed the weight without exercising

Ask any doctor on the best possible way for you to lose weight, and you will get the answer " Start exercising. Well, this may seem like the magic mantra for most, but what if you are too big to exercise.

Ask an overweight person, and he would possibly tell you that exercising is one of the toughest things for him to do to cut the flab. In such cases, the simplest remedy is watch how much and what you eat, and you will be safe.

Your legs and parts of your body may not be able to take the extra load you will be putting on them during the exercise. Importantly, you will find ways of getting rid of those excess pounds, and surprisingly, none of them are even closely related to exercising. Bottom-line " Shed the extra pounds by any other method but not exercising.

This in essence is crucial to the diet control program. The first thing you need to be controlling is the amount of cookies and fat rich food you eat. Consuming Chicken Caesar Salad, for example, will not do your body any good at all.

If eating Chicken Caesar Salad has been your food of choice, you must do well to reduce eating it. And that really is the problem! At most times, we think we are eating healthy foods, but at the end of the day, you find that they are nothing but fat-rich foods.

Now, a lot of people end up munching on fat-free cookies the entire day on the thought that it is fat-free food. Well, your guess is as good as mine " they really arent that healthy for the body at the end of the day.

This could help you come out of the habit of snacking unhealthy foods. Alternatively, you could also include healthy food items in your snack to ensure you get full value for your health.

Last but not the least, you should keep a tab of how much food you end up eating. There is absolutely no point in you binge eating on your favorite foods. That could only worsen the situation even more from where it is now. Eat smaller portions of food and you would be almost on the verge of completing your diet control program.
