During menopause, a woman may find that she feels lost and confused. This is understandable, as this is the stage in her life when she stops having her monthly period. Someone going through menopause is having a lot of changes.

Women find themselves more prone to health problems as thier estrogen levels drop, but with proper nutrition, these problems can be addressed before there is damage in the long run.

When women go through menopause, they can become irritable at one point and then the sweetest person at the next point. They go through a lot of different changes everyday. A woman should look for foods that are high in calcium because she goes through menopause and find that as her calcium drops that her bones can be a lot more fragile, especially later in life.

Ensure that you get low-fat milk in your diet, as well as dairy products and leafy green veg such as cabbage.
